The news came as a huge shock: On Aug. 29 just days after marking their second wedding anniversaryArtem Chigvintsev was arrested at his Napa County, Calif., home for felony domestic violence following an alleged altercation with wife Nikki Garcia. (Per a 911 dispatch tape, Chigvintsev, 42, accused Garcia, 40, of throwing a shoe at him. When police arrived, they found an unnamed person with visible injuries.) Following the
