(On her Office Ladies podcast with former costar Angela Kinsey, Fischer explained that the Dundies' inspo was a presentation that Office showrunner Greg Daniels would do for his staff on King of the Hill.) Michael emceed in full-on cringe mode, Dwight (Rainn Wilson) was his tech crew, and the rest of the staff watched in horror as one problematic trophy after another was handed out. Poor Phyllis (Phyllis Smith) learned that her Busiest Beaver title had been mistakenly engraved as Bushiest Beavier (oh, no), and B.J. Novak's temp Ryan scored Hottest in the Office. Of course.
