"Food has become so egalitarian," the lifestyle maven, 84, tells Us. She credits the Food Network South Beach Wine & Food Festival (tickets at sobewff.org), which will celebrate its 25th anniversary from Feb. 19 to 22, with introducing foodies to all the new trends.

"It has really made a huge impact on the world of food in the United States, gathering so many people who are just craving [something] different, the new, the unusual. And they all gather down in Miami for fun." Here, Stewart shares her secrets to cooking, staying youthful and more.
