Hoda Kotb’s future is bright — and busy! On Jan. 10, the TV anchor said farewell to the Today show after a 17-year run. While her plans include spending more time with her daughters, Haley, 8, and Hope, 5, Kotb’s career will still very much be front and center. “I am starting a wellness app and company,” Kotb, 60, teased on a recent episode of
