TRAGIC Lisa Marie Presley's ex-husband Michael Lockwood is taking an anything-goes approach to parenting the deceased Graceland heiress' surviving teenage twins, Finley and Harper, say sources, who claim the hands-off approach is generating serious concern on the Presley side of the family!

According to insiders, Michael and his current wife, celebrity makeup artist Stephanie Hobgood, have been treating the 16-year-olds more like adults than kids — letting them wear skimpy outfits, showering them with oversized monthly allowances and green-lighting a party-hearty lifestyle.

What's more, sources say that non-helicopter parents Michael and Stephanie have allowed the high schoolers to pursue their celebrity aspirations, with Harper working on a nascent modeling career and Finley following in her grandfather Elvis' footsteps by pursuing a life in music.
