DEADBEAT actress Poppy Montgomery and her hubby are finally vacating a California mansion after living rent free for months and seeming to try every trick in the book to keep stiffing the exasperated 80-year-old owner, say sources.

The property’s landlady, Aileen Scibetta, filed eviction papers against the Without a Trace star and her marketing exec husband, Shawn Sanford, claiming the couple owe $54,000 in back rent for the swanky five-bedroom $3.8 million house in Pacific Palisades, court documents show.
