A HULKING alligator dragged an 85-year-old woman to a watery grave while she was walking her dog in a Florida retirement community!

As horrified neighbors watched helplessly, the merciless monster first grabbed the innocent pup before chomping down on Gloria Serge, who struggled to fend off the prehistoric predator near a retention pond in the normally peaceful Spanish Lakes Fairways community in Fort Pierce.

Local officials say the bloodthirsty beast was a frightening 11 feet long and weighed between 600 and 700 pounds!
