PHONY physician Felipe HoyosForonda left a young mom of two at death's door after botching the removal of her butt implants at an unlicensed clinic in his New York City home and she died two weeks later after being taken off life support, lawmen say.

According to a criminal complaint, María Paz Peñaloza Cabrera, 31, went into cardiac arrest during the illegal procedure to reduce her rump when Hoyos-Foronda administered the local anesthetic lidocaine via a syringe.

Paramedics responding to a 911 call took the stricken gal to a hospital, where she was intubated with no brain activity.

Doctors determined she showed signs of lidocaine toxicity.
