THE biggest, most glamorous stars spend fortunes trying to make their lives look picture-perfect to the outside world — but secretly, some have had to cope with weird deformities, like extra toes and nipples! Here are a few A-listers with bizarre bodily blemishes.

DREW CAREY

Digit-heavy Drew was born with six toes on his right foot — joining such other Hollywood polydactyls as Halle Berry, Kate Hudson and Taye Diggs, who share this rare congenital condition. Actor, comic and game show host Drew, 67, bared his sole in his 1997 memoir, Dirty Jokes and Beer: Stories of the Unrefined.

CARRIE UNDERWOOD

The Before He Cheats singer, 42, had her third nipple removed before she auditioned for her ultimate triumph on season 4 of American Idol in 2004! “It just looked like a mole,” explained Carrie of being a member of the polythelia triple-nipple club, which includes Mark Wahlberg and Lily Allen. Medical experts say having a supernumerary nubbin removed is usually udderly safe.

JENNIFER GARNER

The Deadpool & Wolverine star’s little piggy did not stay home but instead went wee-wee-wee … all the way to the top of her fourth toe! Jen, 53, has a rare genetic foot malformation called brachymetatarsia — an “alias” for short toe syndrome — which happens when one of the bones of the foot is shorter than the others, so that her pinky creeps up on the fourth toe.
