Britney Spears took to Instagram on Feb. 21 to share a strange video of herself speaking in an accent and dancing as she showed off new clothes. "Don't be a roller coaster," the "Toxic" singer, 41, advised viewers while running erratically around a bedroom. "Never be a roller coaster!"
