Dolly Parton never wears short sleeves- and fans think they know why! For years, there have been theories that the 77-year-old is inked all over her arms. Though she has insisted she's not a "tattoo girl," Dolly has admitted to going under the needle to cover scars with images of a beehive, ribbons, an angel, lace, bows and butterflies. "I'm not tattooed all over like a bike woman or anything," the music legend told podcast host Jad Abumrad in 2019, despite her seemingly wide array of body art. "I do have a few. They're very delicate."
