When it comes to aging in Hollywood, Jamie Lee Curtis doesn't see it as something that should slow her down. In fact, it's quite the opposite. "Sixty-five is a moment of reflection," said the daughter of Tony Curtis and Janet Leigh after her birthday in November.

"I feel more excited and turned on creatively." The Halloween star's latest artistic endeavour comes in the form of a children's book, Just One More Sleep, which she started writing during the pandemic. Its message - good things come to those who wait took on new resonance in March 2023, when she won her first Oscar after more than four decades in the biz. "I understand it now more than ever," says Jamie, who was named Best Supporting Actress for Everything Everywhere All at Once.

Here, she looks back on her golden moment and opens up about some of her greatest accomplishments in life - including her two daughters with her actor-director husband Christopher Guest: Annie, 37, and Ruby, 27.
