DESPERATE meth junkie Gordon Pierce III stole an 800-pound historic cannon to pay $20G he owed a drug dealer who he claims threatened to massacre him and his family if he didn't settle the debt, say cops.

The 37-year-old, who reportedly admitted being a two-decade meth addict, was nabbed by Wichita, Kan., cops April 3, a day after the more than 100-year-old Spanish-American War memento, worth an estimated $100,000, was discovered missing from its base in Central Riverside Park.
