NOTORIOUS football legend O.J. Simpson was once worth millions — but nearly two years after the accused killer's death, his daughter Sydney Simpson is holed up in a cramped condo in a sketchy area of Florida, sources say.

Sydney, 40, lived in a massive L.A. mansion before the brutal 1994 murder of her mom, Nicole Brown Simpson — O.J.’s ex-wife — and Nicole’s pal Ron Goldman.

Now, the real estate investor is inhabiting a much less grand, ground-floor, 955-square-foot unit in St. Petersburg.
