ITMA ASIA + CITME 2025: Singapore Edition Draws International Acclaim

The region's premier textile and garment technology showcase, ITMA ASIA + CITME, made a highly successful return to Singapore, marking its first comeback since the 2001 and 2005 editions. Held from October 27 to 31, 2025, at the Singapore Expo, the four-day event was celebrated for its impressive international reach and robust buyer turnout from across Asia and beyond.

More than 26,600 visitors from 109 countries and regions attended, consolidating ITMA ASIA + CITME's reputation as the region's most influential technology platform for textile and garment manufacturing. Notably, 92% of attendees hailed from overseas, with 35% coming from South Asia and 30% from Southeast Asia. The top three visitor countries were India (19%), China (11%), and Indonesia (10%), joined by Bangladesh, Pakistan, Vietnam, and Malaysia among the top ten.

The exhibition floor was packed with over 840 exhibitors from 30 different countries, spanning more than 70,000 square meters. Companies representing leading textile technology manufacturing regions ensured buyers had access to a diverse, balanced range of innovative solutions.

The show's organisers—CEMATEX (the European Committee of Textile Machinery Manufacturers), China Textile Machinery Association (CTMA), and The Sub-Council of Textile Industry, CCPIT (CCPIT TEX)—credited Singapore's strategic location, business-friendly environment, and seamless visitor experience for the event's success.
