When Venkateswarlu Boora set out to create a game-changing HR solution, he wasn't thinking about the corporate giants with sprawling HR teams and deep IT budgets.

"Their HR systems were either too outdated, too expensive, or simply not built for them," he recalls. "Many were still using biometric machines that broke down, spreadsheets that created payroll errors, and manual processes that wasted hours every month." That's when the gap became clear: SMEs needed a solution that was powerful yet simple, affordable yet feature-rich. And thus, Spryple was born.

BRIDGING THE HR TECH GAP WITH AI

Spryple wasn't just designed to fill a void-it was crafted to revolutionize how SMEs manage their workforces. At its core, Spryple leverages the power of AI and automation to streamline HR operations, eliminating the need for cumbersome hardware and time-consuming manual processes.
