As the Founder Principal and now Chairperson of Mata Bhagwanti Chadha Niketan (MBCN), a charitable institution run by The Ponty Chadha Foundation (PCF) in Noida, she has built one of the nation's most comprehensive and inclusive centers for children with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
