With over 33 years of service in the Indian Army, including pivotal roles during the Kargil conflict in Jammu & Kashmir, he has effectively translated his battlefield leadership into advancing healthcare across South India.

His entry into healthcare administration began at Indo American Hospital in Vaikom, Kerala, where he displayed remarkable skills in creating sustainability and establishing a robust super specialty center foundation. This experience marked the beginning of his impact on enhancing clinical services and operational frameworks in challenging environments.

Following this, Col. Mannali took the helm as CEO of Sri Narayani Hospital & Research Centre in Vellore from 2013 to 2015. During his tenure, he led an ambitious expansion that added 100 beds, substantially increasing the hospital's capacity and scope of specialty care. His strategic initiatives enhanced patient care quality and operational efficiency, raising the hospital's stature significantly.
