KEEPING IT FRESH AFTER HARVESTING
US-based DeltaTrak helps farmers and logistics managers keep produce cool after harvesting, thereby helping to reduce wastage and achieve optimal shelf life. The FlashTrak Telematics Wireless Monitoring Solution offers continuous monitoring and recording for facilities where temperature- and humidity-sensitive products are stored, such as warehouses, distribution centres, walk-in coolers, processing, packing and staging areas, and laboratories. FlashTrak Data Loggers send data to a facility control system, which uploads information to the ColdTrak Data Central cloud service. Alerts are automatically sent to staff when above- or below-average conditions are detected.
DeltaTrak data can be used to improve cold-chain management. Reports are viewed, analysed and archived in ColdTrak for traceability and to validate compliance with regulatory requirements. Visit deltatrak.co.za.
