At the Salesforce World Tour Essentials India 2024 in Mumbai recently, Deepak Pargaonkar, VP, Solution Engineering, Salesforce India unpacked some doubts, scenarios, possibilities and realities that emerge wherever data and security, information and trust, intelligence and safety intersect. Excerpts.
A recent Salesforce study points out that 52 percent of workers do not trust AI to train their data. At the same time, 65 percent of global C-suite finds that trust in AI plays a role in driving revenue. How should we perceive data's new-found muscle from the prism of trust?
