What are the new skills that are required by employees due to the changes that have taken place in the last few years? 
The last few years have truly led to manifestation of the VUCA terminology. There is a lot of "volatility, uncertainty, complexity, and ambiguity" given the global economic scenario. However, organizations today are resilient, and the employees are expected to be nimble, where they unlearn, learn and relearn new skills every day. For us, at BetterPlace as we grow globally both for the company and our people, resilience is the top skill that we look for in our employees. This skill requires inculcating both, the soft skills and the hard skills.
