The Construction Week India Awards 2025 culminated in Mumbai on 19 September with the announcement of winners at a grand ceremony, honouring excellence in the nation's real estate and construction sector.

Presented by GM Modular, co-powered by Pidilite, with Schüco as the Façade and Fenestrations partner, and Afcons as the category partner, the 15th Edition of Construction Week India Awards honoured the individuals, innovations, and enterprises transforming the nation's construction and infrastructure landscape.

THE SELECTION PROCESS

The winners emerged from a rigorous selection process that began with the Construction Week Awards management team receiving 542 entries, which were narrowed to 150 shortlisted nominations in a Pre-Jury round. These 150 entries were then evaluated during the Grand Jury Meet held in Mumbai on September 5, 2025, where an esteemed panel assessed candidates across 15 categories based on diverse parameters such as quality, leadership, business impact, and innovation.
