Passion and perseverance are the two Ps that are required in abundance for a developer to succeed. And Sunny Bijlani, joint MD, Supreme Universal, has them in abundance. With two decades of experience in real estate, Sunny has not only made a success of the business, but given Mumbai and Pune some of the finest landmarks. Along with his partner, Vishal Jumani, the duo have created developments built on a promise of 'offering a lifestyle'.
Over two conversations, the soft-spoken Sunny reveals some of the finer and more intricate aspects of numerous developments, while embarking on the journey that brought him where he is today. Supreme Universal has carved its own niche in a highly competitive and fierce market like Mumbai, and also Pune. Over the years, Sunny and his team has learnt the fine art of navigating the wicked waters of the world of real estate, and most importantly, carving a reputation for himself and the company. With pleasant humour, Sunny relates how the real estate was a gamechanger for him, and if he were not to take up this challenge from his father, he might have turned to becoming a musician, having his own band and all.
