Industry leaders and design experts gathered to explore how global workplace standards can be effectively adapted to India's unique cultural, climatic, and infrastructural landscape.

Hyderabad recently played host to an evening of thought leadership, dialogue, and design exploration as industry leaders converged to discuss the evolving landscape of workplace design in India.
The event, a compelling mix of industry addresses, panel discussions, and networking, illuminated a central challenge facing Indian corporates today: how to reconcile global workplace standards with the country's unique climate, culture, and operational realities.
The evening commenced with registration and networking, offering attendees a moment to connect and share perspectives.Bibhor Srivastava, Managing Director Events, ITP Media Group India, opened the session, welcoming the audience and framing the discussion on the future of Indian workplaces.
The first industry address, delivered by Shrey Dixit, Segment Head, Connected Lighting Solutions, Havells India, focused on designing smart, connected, and energy-efficient workspaces. Dixit highlighted the growing role of technology in shaping office environments that are responsive, adaptable, and sustainable, blending user comfort with operational efficiency.
Following him, Satish Kumar M, Manager - Sales, dormakaba, explored the nuances of designing intelligent access experiences. His address emphasised that workplace entry solutions must not only ensure security but also harmonise with the aesthetic and functional expectations of modern offices.
