AI-driven hospitality: A new era

As a child, one of my favourite cartoons was The Jetsons, a futuristic show that previewed the technology of the future. It featured flying cars, robots, virtual reality, voice-activated televisions, and much more. Fast forward to 2025, we find ourselves in a world of wonder and possibility as we enter the Artificial Intelligence (AI) hypercycle.

Fortunately for the hospitality industry, this new technology promises to be incredibly beneficial in many ways by enhancing productivity and creating greater process efficiencies. It will interpret contracts, streamline the purchasing process for food, beverages, supplies, and equipment, as well as allow for faster, more accurate analysis of financial data. However, the greatest opportunity lies in the potential to transform the guests' hospitality experience.
