Developed by Hyderabad-based Indian Immunologicals Limited (IIL), Havisure brings an affordable, effective and scalable vaccination solution to millions of individuals at risk. The vaccine marks an important milestone in India's journey toward selfreliance in public health, aligning with national goals of strengthening domestic healthcare capabilities.

Havisure's development was enabled by advancements in biotechnology and proprietary production processes at IIL. The Hepatitis A strain was sourced from the Centre for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), Atlanta, ensuring a globally trusted foundation for antigen development. The entire process from strain development to manufacturingwas executed in-house, enhancing product consistency, quality control, and scalability.
