Two things unlearned in 2024: Unlearning can be one of the most challenging aspects of life because what we've learned often stays with us. (i) However, one of the most important things I've unlearned is taking my health for granted. After facing significant health challenges, I've made a conscious effort to prioritize my well-being and gradually detoxify my lifestyle. (ii) Another key realization for me has been that there’s no age limit to learning. When I took on the role of CEO at ITI Mutual Fund, I had to step into a new world filled with fresh responsibilities and learning opportunities. As the saying goes, 'with great power comes great responsibility,' and I believe that to lead effectively, one must be committed to continuous learning and personal growth.

Goals to achieve in 2025: I've established clear medium-term business growth objectives that we are actively pursuing at ITI Mutual Fund. At the same time, I’ve set a personal goal to maintain a healthy work-life balance. After going through a phase where my health was affected, my doctor highlighted the importance of not allowing work to take a toll on overall well-being. That guidance left a lasting impression on me, and I now make a conscious effort to give due attention to both my professional commitments and personal health.

Favorite destination to recharge your body: My favorite travel destinations are always places with beaches. It’s not about one specific location rather, it’s the presence of the beach that draws me in. Beaches have an incredible ability to recharge both the body and mind. The combination of natural elements - sun, sea, and sand - creates the perfect setting for relaxation and rejuvenation. The sound of waves has a soothing effect on the mind, helping me to reduce stress and promote a deep sense of calm. For me personally, beach time is a chance to step away from daily demands, reflect, and return with renewed clarity and energy.
