BASF and Yunnan Yuntianhua Co., Ltd., a China-based fertilizer manufacturer, had launched a pilot project in China in 2023 to verify the reduction of CO2 equivalent emissions (CO2e) from the use of Yuntianhua's stabilised urea fertiliser containing BASF's urease inhibitor Limus.
