The Integrated Solution

Tata Motors has once again lived up to the reputation of India's leading commercial vehicle manufacturer with the introduction of the Tata Signa 2830.K RMC Boom Pump. This purpose-built, integrated solution aims to redefine concrete delivery at construction sites by consolidating multiple operations into a single platform, driving productivity, reducing costs, and improving turnaround time. Positioned as India's first integrated Ready Mix Concrete (RMC) Boom Pump truck, the new Signa 2830.K brings together two core construction functionalities: concrete mixing and high-reach pumping, in a single multipurpose platform. By offering a 7m³ RMC drum along with a 29-metre boom pump, it is engineered to deliver concrete right up to the final pouring point, without the need for additional infrastructure or labour-intensive procedures. The result is a significant time and capital saving for project Developers And Contractors.

ENGINEERING BUILT FOR PURPOSE

At the heart of the integrated platform is the Cummins ISBe 6.7-litre engine, offering 300 hp of power and 1100 Nm torque, a best-in-class combination that ensures seamless operation even under load-intensive duty cycles. The engine powers both the mixer drum and the boom pump through a Rear Engine Power Take-Off (REPTO) system. Mated to Tata’s G1150 nine-speed manual transmission, it ensures efficient torque delivery and drivability across varied terrain.
