THE PENALTIES KICKED OFF BEFORE QUALIFYING even began in this year's Canadian GP, with Yuki Tsunoda (Red Bull) receiving a 10-place grid penalty for overtaking during a red flag in one of the practice sessions, in addition to which he failed to make it to Q3 of qualifying.
