BYD HAS launched the eMax 7 MPV in India at a starting price of Rs 26.90 lakh (ex-showroom).

The 3-row MPV succeeds the e6, the first car in India from the Chinese automaker. There are two trims to the MPV: Premium and Superior. The Premium is the base trim while the Superior is the rang-topper with an ex-showroom price of Rs 29.90 lakh. The MPV competes with the Toyota Innova Hycross and Crysta in the Indian market, as there are no other electric MPV’s in the price range.
