IT appears Volkswagen has finally made up its mind up about naming its new £22k electric supermini, turning ID.2 into ID. Polo ahead of its launch next year.

The brand has also previewed the actual road car we'll see in dealers, including a hot ID. Polo GTI version.
ID. Polo was confirmed as the moniker alongside a suite of new imagery, revealing near-production prototypes that were unveiled at the Munich Motor Show this week.
