The last leg of a UK-wide suicide prevention tour was partly on horses
TOP British riders and representatives of the Household Cavalry Mounted Regiment have thrown their weight behind the “biggest suicide awareness and prevention initiative” in history.
Oliver Townend, Mollie Summerland, Lewis Carrier, British Equestrian eventing performance manager Dickie Waygood and soldiers carried the Baton of Hope on its last leg on 6 July. The baton had travelled the UK since 25 June as a “unifying symbol”.
