At the end of week five, Sunrisers Hyderabad (SRH) and Delhi Capitals (DC) were languishing at bottom of the points table with only six points each. Just above them was Kolkata Knight Riders with eight points. The mid-table jostle continued as four teams were on 10 points - Rajasthan Royals (RR), Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB), Mumbai Indians (MI) and Punjab Kings (PBKS). Looking at the top of the points table, defending champions Gujarat Titans (GT) remained leaders with 14 points from 10 matches. They were followed by Lucknow Super Giants (LSG) and Chennai Super Kings (CSK), who were on 11 points each after 10 games after a washout in their match. Here is the flop XI of IPL 2023 week five.
