The year 2022 saw plenty of excitement and action both on and off the cricket field. England, unarguably, enjoyed the best of the year gone by. They lifted the T20 World Cup 2022 in Australia; their 'Bazball' approach in Test matches stunned the world, with Pakistan succumbing to their first whitewash at home. While Pakistan made the final of the T20 World Cup, they continued to blow hot and cold. India had a forgettable 2022.
