Canyon-SRAM's Homework Pays Off In Worlds TTT

Brits Hannah and Alice Barnes led their Canyon SRAM team to victory at the World Championship Team Time Trial on Sunday after of hours of analysis of bike-mounted video footage.

Barnes said the victory was the best of her professional career. “We just did the preparation in a different waxy. Last year it was very power based, this year it was mainly from onboard cameras that we used on the bike and on the car as we weren’t able to ride the full route in training,” she said.

She added the race was “the biggest goal for a lot of the riders this year” and that the team was hitting speeds of 60-70km.
