The very word 'peace' gives a healing touch to our mind and soul. It's an act of self-medicating oneself for their inner healing. The common question that might arise in everyone's mind would be: Does peace exist in this world? Or, can peace ever prevail on this earth? A deep analysis on this question intuitively reveals that the source of peace is the mind of an individual.

The scriptures say that by doing good and by keeping our thoughts pure or by serving humankind, we experience satisfaction and feel peace in our hearts. We might have come across people saying that by doing certain acts that their mind directs them to, they derive peace. Peace is a matter of our mind. No one can grant you peace unless you decide for yourself that you need to be at peace and convince for yourself that you are in peace.
