Missionary Academy launch a big success

Elim Missions launched the exciting Missionary Academy last year, which combines online video training content with discipleship and practical preparation.
-
It is now easier than ever for churches to support people as they prepare to serve overseas. Students are accepted onto the Missionary Academy in agreement with their pastor, and the Academy programme then explores content from more than 60 international speakers, with interactive discipleship hubs every two weeks.
By working with the local church, the student has the opportunity to develop these practical skills in the context of their church before they are sent overseas. The training can be tailored to suit not only the needs of the student but also the context and needs of their local church. It also provides an opportunity for the sending church to be involved in each missionary’s journey from the very start.
