Nutrition and an active lifestyle are so important, as they make the body stronger and strengthen the immune system to help them fight diseases. Since children spend a large chunk of time concentrating and active in school, it follows that their bodies require the right nutrients to provide the high energy levels they need to keep them active, healthy, focussed and strong.
