Canada, France, Russia & several other countries chalk out ops in order to rescue their citizens who remain stranded in India

The Canada government has made elaborate arrangements to bring back its citizens who are currently stranded in various parts of India following the novel Coronavirus outbreak. Sources said that there are at least 15,000 people in Punjab who want to go back to Canada.

Sources also said that Canadian parliamentarian from Brampton Maninder Sidhu had informed Federal Minister of Foreign Affairs Francois Philippe Champagne that nearly 15,000 Canadian citizens are currently struck in various parts of Punjab.

Champagne has said that all Canadian citizens returning from foreign countries will have to go into a mandatory 14-day quarantine.

Those who do not have money to buy the air tickets can also apply for online loan. The Canadian government has also launched a website for online registration of its citizens stranded in other countries.
