President’s border rally as he trails in polls by 14%
Donald Trump claimed his new wall was stopping undocumented immigration and coronavirus as he visited the US-Mexico border.
Trailing the presumptive Democrat nominee for the White House Joe Biden in the polls, the President inspected a newly-built section of the barrier in Yuma, Arizona, to mark the completion of its 200th mile.
Looking at the wall, to which he added his signature, he said: “It stopped Covid, it stopped everything.
“My administration has done more than any administration in history to secure our southern border.
