GLASGOW WARRIORS have made their biggest ever signing with the recruitment of giant second-row JP Du Preez from Sale Sharks.
The 6ft 10ins South African might not have the same on-field reputation as some of the club's previous marquee signings but he will become the Scotstoun outfit's tallest-ever player when he moves north next summer.
The 27-year-old became Super Rugby's tallest-ever player when he made his debut for the Lions back in 2015, and then the English Premiership's third tallest after signing for the Sharks in November 2020.
