FIFA are laying on a five-a-side tournament with teams made up of supporters from all 32 nations.
The Fans' Cup will run from November 29 to December 2 at the FIFA Fan Festival zone in Al Bidda Park. It will be played in the same format as the World Cup, with group matches and knockout rounds until the winner is crowned.
A Qatar government spokesman said: "Fans are central to the success of the first FIFA World Cup in the Middle East and Arab world.
