Appointment of 15 nominated councillors in MC, 6 municipalities of Karnal

Haryana government has appointed nominated councillors in Municipal Corporation and six municipalities of Karnal district under the Urban Local Bodies Department, According to the notification issued on July 9, three councillors have been nominated in Karnal Municipal Corporation and two each nominated in Tarawadi, Nising, Indri, Assandh, Gharaunda and Nilokheri municipalities. These 15 members will soon be duly assigned responsibilities in the municipal bodies. According to the list released by the Urban Local Bodies Department, Gaurav Nagpal, resident of Ward-13, Umesh Parocha of Banso Gate and Vishesh Verma, resident of Model Town have been nominated councillors from Karnal Municipal Corporation. All three will be officially given responsibility for participation in the works of the corporation. Atma Prakash of Ward-1 and Bharat Sharma of Ward-15 have been nominated from Taraori Municipality.
