It’s a training camp of sorts for Mika Janhunen as his family leave him behind for three weeks and he gets more time to train and prepare for his assault on racing a sprint triathlon as fast as possible this September.

The months of July and August went by with a bit more racing and lots of training. I competed in the Thorpe Park Olympic Distance Triathlon in July and the sprint race in Bewl in August in the middle of my hard and heavy training block.
