As the architect explains, “Having gone through an extended phase of design development, we have been afforded the time to carefully consider each detail of the design. As a result, a lot of our attention was focused on creating an exterior that is light and not too boxed in, resulting in a dynamic façade with planes between the balconies to effectively manage the sunlight into the apartments.”
