When this family decided to relocate from Johannesburg to Cape Town, they knew they had two non-negotiables. For a start, they were eager to replicate the security estate lifestyle they had enjoyed in their former home city.
Proximity to key sites like schools and the airport, to facilitate a frequent commute, would be a plus. And, of course, because the Western Cape is one of South Africa’s most beautiful provinces, a view was a must-have.
