What kind of cook are you?

‘I’ve never been somebody to sweat the small stuff when it comes to cooking. I just go with the flow and I don’t have rules in my kitchen. I hate when we are told “what should be” because it is so limiting. It is about providing inspiration rather than a recipe that you cannot deviate from.’

Do you like to be very organised in your kitchen?

‘I’m a crammer – you open the cupboard and you’ve got to duck half the time because you don’t know what is going to come flying out at you…’
