Q: I am in my mid 50’s now, I used to be athletic and active until I was diagnosed with hypertension 7 years ago and prescribed to take anti-hypertensive medication for maintenance I still go for jogs (20 mins) 2 to 3 times a week. Early this year, I went for my annual medical exam and my ECG result says that I have an enlarged heart. Can you tell me how I acquired this condition? Is it something to worry about?
