Homeopathy for Azoospermia (A Male Infertility)
HOMEOPATHY & BEAUTY|January 2017

Azoospermia (commonly referred to as “no sperm count”) is a male fertility issue many men face.

Dr. Deepa Shah
Homeopathy for Azoospermia (A Male Infertility)

The condition is typically diagnosed when a patient and their partner are experiencing difficultly conceiving and seek testing and diagnosis from a fertility specialist. A semen analysis will be performed in order to determine the number of viable sperm found in the male patient’s ejaculate. If virtually no sperm is found, your doctor may require additional testing if it is deemed necessary. Azoospermia is the medical condition of a man when sperm count is equal or less than 15 million/ml in his semen. It is associated with very low levels of fertility or even sterility, but many forms are amenable to medical treatment. In humans, azoospermia affects about 1% of the male population and may be seen in up to 20% of male infertility situations. Azoospermia is defined as the complete lack of sperm in the ejaculate. It occurs in 5% of infertile men. If this is the case, then one or both of two conditions may be present :

AZOOSPERMIA DUE TO BLOCKAGE :-

Clinically, it is important to determine whether men with azoospermia have an obstruction as a cause of the problem as this can be treated and reversed with microsurgery. If sperm production is normal, as determined by a testis biopsy or FNA mapping, then the azoospermia is caused by an obstruction.

AZOOSPERMIA WITHOUT OBSTRUCTION :-
